盖房子upgrade的一点体会

房子exterior:
3 or 4 car garage
其中一个garage要加高1-2 F
2 or 3 car的那个garage加宽。通常16F，加宽两尺to18 F
L-shape garage
Outside moulding
铜的gutter 和bay window 的上沿装饰
Brick or stone wall
Covered deck, alumina railing 或designed railing
Deck 要大，宽
Window treatments
Upgraded driveway
Heating system underneath the driveway
靠上坡的，walk-out day light basement
在寒冷地区，房顶的heating tape
房子Interior upgrades:
3 tone painting
Moulding
High ceiling (>= 9 ft)
Hardwood floor or upgraded carpet, tiles
Doors: hardwood
glass window door: grid
Shutters
Build-in furniture
Upgraded hardwares
Interior railing: designed, iron, not a simple wood
Bathroom: Shower: frameless shower door
Jacuzzi: large size the designed shape
Closet: walk in, build-in well designed closets
Kitchen: granite counter; designed counter edge
Cabinetry: moulding, window door, underneath lights
Chimney-like ventilator
Extra sink
Pull-out wheel draws
洗衣间：Extra sink
Designed 的柜子，抽屉，等
其他：designed 的Fireplace， 材料：stone, marble, brick, 等
充份利用地势环境，many windows for view
